Entry Forms
Please read all the following information: it is very important. You will find the forms information below the following section. Thank you.1. Select the form below for the project/projects you are entering. *Please: One Person per Entry Form.
2. Complete the form with the specified information.
3. Click submit at the bottom of the form.
4. On the next screen, click the ADD TO CART button next to the type of form you just completed.
IMPORTANT: If you would like to enter more forms and then pay for your projects all at once, click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button after adding each form to the cart. You can pay for them all at once when you're finished. Remember, one person per entry form. You may submit as many entry forms as you like - for example, if you have 3 children showing animals or entering projects, you may complete all of their entry forms, and then pay for everything at the end. Please verify the quantities for each form before sending payment.
5. Once you have completed all of the entry forms you want, click the CHECK-OUT button. You will then be taken to the screen to complete your transaction and enter your billing information.
6. Once you have paid via Paypal, your entry is complete.

Farm & Garden Entries:
There is no entry form for Farm & Garden. Projects must be brought to the Fairgrounds and forms must be completed in person on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011, from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Arts & Crafts Entries:
There is no entry form for Arts & Crafts. Projects must be brought to the Fairgrounds and forms must be completed in person on:
September 23 - 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
September 24 - 9 p.m. - 6 p.m.
September 25 - 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Baked Entries:
October 1 - 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
