Rental Opportunities

Many of the buildings at the Eastern New Mexico State Fairgrounds are available year-round at very reasonable prices. Below is some basic information about available rentals:

Commercial Building
30,000 square feet

Ideal for tool sales, electronic sales, auctions, flea markets, car shows and more.

Pricing for private parties only
(ex: weddings, receptions, quinceneras, etc.)
$600 rental fee (per day)
$125 insurance
$500 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (returned if building and parking lot is left in same or better condition than when started)

Pricing for commercial use
(ex: tool sales, electronic sales, gun shows, etc.):
$1,000 rental fee (per day)
$750 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (returned if building and parking lot is left in same or better condition than when started)
MUST PROVIDE OWN INSURANCE NAMING ENMSF AS ADDITIONAL INSURED
Tables and chair are also available for rent. Tables are $6.50 each and chairs are $1.00.

Farm Bureau Building
10,000 square feet

Ideal for private parties, birthdays, weddings, banquets, arts & crafts shows and more. Chairs and tables are available for rent with this facility. The facility comes with a stage, electricity, heating and cooling.
