President's Message:

At this time, I would like to say thank you on behalf of the Eastern New Mexico State Fair Board for your participation at this year's fair.  We are proud to present you with a fair that is safe, entertaining and educational.  I particularly want to thank all of the fair volunteers for your tireless efforts for, without you, there would be no fair. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of the volunteers for all of the many hours of hard work in helping build the new bleachers in the rodeo arena. Thank you!

We want to welcome aboard all of our new board members and superintendents, and our newest county, Harding. We are glad to have you become a part of our fair.

As always, you will be entertained with a great parade, wonderful carnival with some thrilling rides, and week-long Junior Livestock shows, culminating with our annual sale. In addition, there are various new entertainment acts, and educational building, arts and crafts and a Commercial Building filled with businesses and their new ideas to share. And don't miss the Professional Bull Riding. That's right - the PBR! On Friday and Saturday night of the fair, we will have the PBR. Don't miss it!

Please come see us at this year's fair — the oldest, continuously running fair in the great state of New Mexico.
